Viking Forge's hiring process is multi-stepped. The steps to be considered for employment are:
Complete an application
Attend a pre-employment orientation
Write letter of interest that includes 5-7 things learned while at pre-employment orientation
Complete background authorization form
Watch safety video/Interview with supervisor
Pre-employment exam (vision, hearing, lift, drug)
Staffing agency registration for temp-to-hire employment (non-skilled hourly positions)
Skilled/Technical positions are direct hire
Pre-employment orientations are typically held during the week and are hosted either mid-morning or early afternoon.
