I talked to about five different people. I had a couple phone interviews then I eventually met who would turn out to be my boss face to face before having a video interview with the VP of the company.

There are 5 steps in the interview process. I was contacted by the recruiter. Had phone screening with recruiter, then two rounds of technical interview and clinical interview with two different people and second last was OnSite. Last one was supposed to be a video call with VP of the company. I did not get selected after OnSite. It is a waste of candidate’s time and energy. I worked so hard, gave my best shot, and if they didn’t want to select me then should not have got me this far. The reason they gave for not selecting me does not align properly, I feel like they wanted a male candidate for this job and selected a male candidate eventually, but gave me any other reason to throw me out. I am truly disappointed for poop judgement. I would never consider interviewing for this company again.
