Started off with an online application and got a reply back within a week to interview with the direct manager. It was stated that the interview would be a 4-6 week process. That first interview went well and I really enjoyed the questions, and atmosphere, I got moved onto the next round of interviews during that call. I was asked to also take a personality assessment, which took about an hour to complete and I did have to have another 45 minute interview to go over the results. I also interviewed with an executive, which also went well. After being told that I'd be interviewing with the CEO as the final round, I reached out to schedule after some silence and was met with a "there was a delay in scheduling but we will reach out next week". I followed up a few more times to get that scheduled and never received any word back. After putting a lot of time and effort into their process, it was disappointing to see how little they ended up caring about canidates.
