The first interview was short and conversational. I was asked about my experience, my approach to coaching and about my expectations for the role. My interviewer was friendly and easy to talk with.
2 interviews includinf a 20-30 min mock call. The first interview was with HR, general questions and the 2nd interview is with a lead coach or health coach who acts as a client

Entretien
I started out by filling out an application. A talent recruiter set up a phone interview to see if I was someone they felt had some knowledge of what the company is looking for, and what I am looking for as well. Then if the fit seemed right, you have a mock interview virtually face to face to see if you have the appropriate understanding of a health coach
