I was set into two interviews. One interview was a phone interview. This was very nerve-wracking for me because I am not good on the phone. A lot of the questions were typical interview questions. (i.e What is a weakness, etc.) They also had me fill out a questionnaire during the application which "assessed my personality" The second interview was in person, and very relaxed. The manager who interviewed me was the cruise director and she was very nice and helpful. She asked me how I would handle customer service issues and gave me a lot of scenario questions.
