Had a group interview with a few other girls. Was asked basic questions like why do I want to work for the company, some of my sales experience and what's the worst thing someone has ever critiqued me on and how did I overcome it. At the interview I told the manager I was unable to work a lot for the first few months. A few hours later I got offered the position. I stated I was unable to work much for the first few months once again and she told me Saturday's were non negotiable. I thought about it for about 24 hours, then I received a call from another manager asking for an interview?? Umm?? I told this manager I was already offered a position but since I had her on the phone I wanted to go ahead and turn down the position but wanted to see if I was able to reapply in the future once my schedule allows me to work Saturdays. Before I could even finish my first sentence she hung up on me. If that's the type of management that works there I will pass on working for them ever! I seriously hope they don't treat their associates that bad!!
