I first handed my resume in to a manager at the store, and had a really brief on the spot interview. Then i received a call to come in for a second interview a few weeks later. It was a group interview but they asked us questions individually. Then a week later I was called for a final interview with the general manager who asked me more personal questions.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
