I applied in person by filing out an application I was given. I received a call a few days later. I came in for a group interview. There were four people total in the group. The hiring manager was the person conducting the interview. She asked basic behavioral and situational based questions.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
