2 Interviews. First is a group interview that can consist of 1-5 other candidates. There they ask what room you prefer: Pink, Bras, Fitting Room, Cashier, etc. Second you meet with the manager of the one you prefer or which one they choose you for.

Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
