Entretien
Interview is a group interview with about five to ten people interviewing. The group walks out of the store and the interviewing process is held in the food court area. Everyone introduces themselves and then the manager asks questions leaving anyone to chime in after. The quicker and more often you respond, the better. Don't be the one who is quiet and shys away from answering. More than likely, most of the important questions asked will not be asked directly, but to the group as a whole instead.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
