J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret (Columbus, OH) en oct. 2011
Entretien
I was called over the phone and questioned on availability and some past information regarding my previous employer. I was brought in for an interview but they did keep me waiting for about 30 minutes. Once they were ready to speak they brought me back to a room and I waited for another 10 minutes before a few other candidates showed up. I was surprised that it was a group interview but it still went well.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
