Easy and was your typical entry-level interview. Simple questions and no experience needed. Did seem like the GJ store is clique based, so if they think you might fit then you in.

How would you handle a situation where you handled a difficult customer?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
