I was called in for a group interview, & we (around 5 ladies) were asked a series of "what-if" questions. The lady who did the interview was very nice & friendly, it was a comfortable interview.

How would you react if a customer walked in the store screaming & upset with in issue? what would you do?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
