I emailed my resume in and got a call to come in the next day. I went in for a group interview with five other girls. Everyone was very friendly and the interview lasted about an hour. I got a call an hour after I left to come back in for a job offer.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
