Chill depending on who you get, I spoke to the Store Manager at the time and she was very nice. Just be yourself and smile. Look presentable and make yourself look cute and happy.

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
