First interview was a in a group setting. It was myself and another individual. We sat in the food court which was a bit distracting, however seeing as the store is in a mall, it seemed appropriate.

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
