I was called to come into to have an interview after applying online. Came in was taken to the back and asked questions , took a an online questionnaire as well. Was called 2 days later and offered the job.

How would you define great customer service? Can you describe a positive experience you've had at one of our stores? How would you cross sell to a client buying just one bra?

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
