I went in to fill out an application and the same day I met with a member of management and we spoke briefly. A few days later I got a call to meet with hiring manager for an interview. The day of the interview I met the store manger, she asked basic interview questions and it last about 45 min.

What do you know about Victoria's Secret as a company and why would you like to work here?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
