Group interview.. Awkward! They asked basic questions and it was really easy. Just super awkward. I was offered a job and told that I would be a sales associate and then they just put me in the back as a replenished instead.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
