I applied online and submitted my resume. I got a call two to three day later to come into the store for an interview. My interview was pretty straight forward, the supervisor gave some info about the company, went over the position and it’s responsibilities, and gave me a tour of the store, nothing too different from your standard customer service/ retail associate interview questions.

Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
