J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret en mai 2015
Entretien
It was a really casual and comfortable process. Everyone was very friendly even in a group interview. It's smart to speak up first and to be confident and outgoing. Stress customer service. All the interview questions I were asked had to do with experience and naming times when you experienced or acted upon certain things like. I had little to no work experience and was still offered a job because of being confident and speaking up.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
