J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret (Danbury, CT) en avr. 2014

I applied there in person and handed my application. They lost my application and had to do it again and hand it in to the Manager. The manager later called me and explained to me what position I wanted to apply for and I said cashier. She gave a me a time and day to come for an interview. When I showed up, I expected a group interview. Instead it was just me and the assistant manger in the back room. She asked me basic questions and we talked about the company. She also told me that she would call my references( I had 3), and then I would have the job. She even told me I could start next week for training! She stated they needed more cashiers and was willing to hire me. I was excited and left. None of my references were called because I had asked at least once a week. I never got a call and it's been a month. How unorganized and unprofessional. At least call me and tell me I didn't get the job or don't tell me I can start training next week?

I was asked to sell a pen to the interviewer. I believe the answer they’re looking for is for you to start asking questions about what the customer needs/is looking for in a pen, then explain how that pen can meet those requirements.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you improved a process at your job.
Quick and simple, group interview with many other applicants. I applied for seasonal work and was kept after. We each had our own moment with the hiring manager and it was a quick process

Question 1
What about Victorias Secret makes you want to work for us?
They needed a cashier badly, so the interview was really quick and easy. I had a nice conversation with the shop manager, we talked about my previous experience and availability.
