the manager interviewed me and ttwo other people at the same time,we each one told her about ourselves and our job experience and a little about our background,and then she had us role play and sell her something, she wanted us to display our sales abilities and how we could talk her into selling her an item of her choice.

Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
