Group interview with about 10 girls. I arrived and they had me wait in by the cash register until the hiring manager was ready. The whole interview process lasted about 30-40 minutes. It was very straightforward and I was offered the job the next day.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
