Typically they do group interviews. But they forgot to notify me when they rescheduled the group interview so I came in anyways. They were nice enough to interview me on the spot individually. I dressed in Victoria's Secret PINK clothes (yoga pants and layers tank and tee). After this initial interview with one of the managers, I did a second interview with another manager. This was one on one interview as well. She went over my resume and prior experience. I wore Victoria's Secret PINK apparel as well (yoga pants and layered tanks). They got back to me in a few days.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
