J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret (Calgary, AB) en mars 2015
Entretien
Applied online, and got a call about a month later to come in for an interview. It was a group interview of 8 girls in all. The interviewers asked a couple questions and they went around the room, and each girl gave an answer. They also went around the room and asked each of us 2-3 questions that were only for the one person to answer. At the end of the interview, they asked some of the girls for references because they did not have them for everyone.

Question 1
What was your most and least favorite part of your previous job?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
