My interview was a group interview. We took turns answering the same question. It didn’t feel that intimidating because there were other people. No one else dressed up nice except for me and only one other person was hired along with myself so I suggest dress to impress.

They asked questions based on availability and experience in sales
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
