I turned in my application in person, followed up about a week later, got a call for an interview a week later, did the interview and got an offer the next couple of days. It was fairly fast paced and easy.

Basic Interview: I came into the store, and they had me walk through my resume. It took less than 20 minutes. They wanted to know my availability and my past experience working in retail. Nothing different than any other sales position interview.

It went well. They do group interviews with more than 4 people and you have to dress professionally and answer some simple questions. You will get the job is you say the right things and if they like your personality.
