The hiring process was easy it took about 4 weeks. I turned my application in on a Sunday and was called on a Monday. My first interview was one on one and the second one was a group. The interview was very relaxed and the questions were easy. What is a Pink girl? What are current trends? I was asked between 5-7 questions each time. They actually call references.

I applied for Christmas seasonal Sales associate and I had a phone interview then a group assessment interview. Just be yourself, try to be confident in yourself and stand out. I arrived earlier than they said and they liked that. I wore all black smart business clothes (doesn’t mean a suit). I shaved my hair a few weeks ago but they really liked it so no matter what hair you have, as long as you present yourself well it should be okay as the lady that interviewed us had pink hair. And don’t forget to smile. I applied in early November, got the call three weeks later got the interview two days later and got the job a day after- we thank Jesus.

Entretien
It was calm and relaxing. Just getting to know you and how your interesest to see if you would align with there values. I was a one on one interview which can go from one on one to like five or six in the first round to one on one if you get asked to come back.
