I went in to give them my resume and they had me fill out an application. Super quick and the every day type of applications. I ran back in to hand it in and spoke to a manager. She looked over my resume and application and noticed I had experience in retail and then told me she would be calling me to schedule an interview. Two weeks later she called to schedule an interview three days later. I came for my interview and there were only 2 other girls in my group interview. The interview was with the store manager who was absolutely amazing. The interview was just trying to find out about who we were and why we wanted to work here. We were told we would get a call to schedule a second group interview because she knew she wanted us. A few days later we were called to set up the second interview. Again, it was just the three of us and a different manager. She also tried to find out who we were and what we wanted to do. A week and a half later I got the call asking me to join them. I accepted of course! They had us do two days of onboarding ( getting to know the policies and company), two days of shadowing, and then you were off to work for this great company. Oh and they DO check on who you put down on your references- they will call them and make a list of what they said about you!
Describe a time you had to deal with a fast paced environment with a lot of people needing help and how you managed to help them and remain calm and collected.

Interview was fairly easy. My hiring manager had me there on the spot for onboarding. Process went fairly quickly, and I was trained shortly after. I started on the week of black Friday which was a little rough, but it wasn't too bad. My hiring manager was kind but some of the other managers aren't as nice.

I applied through their careers page and received a confirmation email. The store manager texted to schedule a 30 minute, easygoing in-person interview. Shortly after, I was called and offered the job, with employment forms sent via email.

I have never felt more disrespected and belittled in an interview in my life. My job history was ridiculed, my character was ridiculed. I’m well above the age of being a minor and I was talked down to as such. My interview lasted a whopping 7 minutes.. I was 10 minutes early… I do not remember the name of the woman who interviewed me, but I highly recommend finding anyone else to interview candidates. She didn’t know how to talk to me without a condescending tone and attitude, and what was expected, schedule wise, of the position was not fully mentioned in the job listing. I filled out the application on Victoria’s Secrets’ website, filled out the availability form online, but still was made to refill it out in person and reiterated my entire job history. The job history I filled out manually on their website, and then attached the file for my resume. Still, I was made to reiterate the last 3 job I had, was stopped before the forth job, and belittled that all I have to show is seasonal work. My interviewer had no want to get to know me or my circumstances. She did not care about the interview process and she treated me like I was wasting her time even though the store had 0 customers at the time. If she was willing to treat and talk to me like that during interview, how would I had been treated after I was hired?
