An email was sent with an invite for the group interview and several meeting dates were given. The group interview was with 4-5 people and 2 supervisors administering the interview, one took more notes whereas the other spoke and asked questions. Questions were easy but required interviewees to draw on specific personal experiences.

What was a big challenge you faced at work and how did you overcome it?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
