I submitted by application and within three days they called me in for a group interview with 5-6 other candidates. The questions were really general and all customer-service oriented. Within a few days they called me and let me know they were offering me a position, and that my pay was minimum wage. Not a difficult interview at all.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
