Nothing out of the ordinary, management team discussed general questions at first, then transitioned into why I wanted to work at the company, and lastly a few different scenarios and how I would handle them, etc etc

How important is it to make your customer feel comfortable with intimate purchases?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
