J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret
Entretien
I submitted my application in person and asked to speak with a manager, but she was unavailable. But, the cashier assured me that she'd give it to her. About two weeks later, I received a call for an interview. It was a group interview. She didn't really ask many questions, just why we were interested in working there. The majority of the interview we listened to her tell us about the "VS experience" It was really different. The very next day, they checked my references and called and offered me a position. SMILE a lot and be yourself. Don't be afraid to ask questions if you have any.

Question 1
Are you afraid to spark up conversations with strangers?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
