Approximately half hour interview along with another candidate. Spoke with the store manager only and the interview lasted around 30 min. Asked general questions about why I wanted to work at the location, what my past experience was and what I knew about the company.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
