I printed the application online and turned it in to the manager at a store located in a very popular mall. They called me a few days later and asked if I could make it to a group interview at 1:30 that same day. I made it to the interview and there were 2 other girls that were there as well.
During the group interview one of the store managers asked us questions and we each took turns answering them. The other people being interviewed were very polite and everyone answered the questions to their best extent. The store manager really wanted to know a lot about your personality and what motivates you.
They asked questions such as:
-Why would you like to work at Victoria Secret?
-Describe a moment where you were most proud of yourself
-If hired, which department would you like to work for (PINK, Lingerie, Cashier..etc)
She then asked if we had any questions for her and said she would get back to us in a week.

The most difficult or unexpected question was probably what moment I was most proud of myself because I think she wanted us to answer the question in a way it replied to working in sales specifically.

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
