The interview itself was very out of the blue. I found out about the interview the day before from the DM and my current SM, so it was a little quick, and I hadn't submitted an actual application. I'd simply been acting in the role of intimates category manager at my location after the intimates manager had left.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
She didn't ask a ton of questions that I had expected but rather wanted to know a lot about my training style and examples of my training as well as my organization and planning. She catered the questions specifically to what the store was looking for rather than the generic questions that are in the interview book.
It was 2 hours long and since I was a category supervisor before, a lot of the questions were about how I excelled within my job and how can better the company in this role.

District manager and store manager set up an interview with me at a nearby Starbucks. She asked me questions regarding my current position relating to leadership, coaching/developing, recruiting/hiring, performance, and corrective criticism I had in the past. Also wondered about future career goals/path.
