Entretien
The interview was very simple, my manager was super nice. she asked me questions about myself, also work experiences that would make me equipped for the job. I was dressed in all black because that's the dress code, my manager complimented that I was in dress code for the interview. I was offered a job on the spot.
When interviewing be polite and dress for success, your interview will notice the your effort and you will be more likely to become apart of the company

Tell me a time that you had to help a customer through a difficult situation
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
