very easy to score an interview with the company. generic questions asked. one on one format with skills review and personal questions. will ask what you expect for base pay even though there is a starting rate

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
