J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret (Scarborough, ME) en août 2012
Entretien
I walked in, picked up an application, filled it out, returned it. The manager at the time did a quick once over, then scheduled an interview for me. The initial interview had a handful of girls, and we were asked very few specific questions, most were directed only to the group, and you answered only if you were quick. The second round of interviews had maybe 1/3 of the girls from the first one, and this time the assistance store manager did the interview. It was the same where most of the questions were general, with only a few specific to people.

Question 1
The only one that seemed to stump anyone was, "How would you convince someone to buy a bra?" Those who were stumped by it were not hired.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
