Basic back office interview. Asked normal questions, how dealt with busy times etc. The manager told me about all the great opportunities she had through the company. Talked about my school and career goals, experience in fashion, etc. and why victoria's secret. Pretty easy overall and manager was very friendly. I wore black but a step above what the girls normally wear. It was a very casual interview and I preferred it to a group interview (which I experienced at Banana Republic.) They do check references by phone and called me when they had a hard time getting ahold of mine.

I applied online and then received a text message inviting me to attend a group interview the next day. There were over fifteen candidates, and we each took turns answering the questions. At the end of the session, we were informed on the spot who had been selected.
