J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret (New York, NY) en janv. 2015
Entretien
The interview process was never ending. It took about 3 weeks, or more. Initially you have a group interview, and I believe you get a call back for a private interview as well. They ask general questions about why you want to work for the company, and do a thorough reference check. They offered an entirely different position than the one I applied for and ultimately prior reviews of the working environment made me run the other way and I ended up turning down the job offer.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
