Entretien
Met with CS Supervisor & VP was asked to perform basic math skills test to include ruler measurements. Supervisor explained position and assured regardless of prev. knowledge within business that I would be properly trained and the job was not difficult to learn. I then met briefly with VP Operations and was shown the manufacturing process.

Do I plan to stay? Intense training so they did not want to invest in someone not seeking long term. This was a new area of experience for me so the fact they made me feel capable & comfortable was a plus.
