The process was comprised of 4 stages.
1. A phone introduction + compatibility check (~20 minutes), with recruiting TL.
2. Zoom interview, professional (technical and inter-personal skills), with recruiting TL.
3. Zoom interview, professional (technical and inter-personal skills), with QA director.
4. HR interview.

Entretien
I had a great experience throughout the recruitment process at Viber. The communication was clear, timely, and respectful from the very beginning. Every step, from the initial screening to the technical interview, felt well organized and thoughtfully structured.
The Talent Acquisition team, especially Yael Elgarat, was incredibly professional and kind. They took the time to understand my background, explained the process clearly, and made me feel welcomed and valued throughout.
I also appreciated the human side of the process, the conversations were genuine, and I felt like the team truly cared about finding the right fit, not just ticking boxes.
The interviewers are very friendly, and the questions are practical and relevant to the role.

Tell me about a challenge in your previous position and how did you manage to overcome it?
Process was very organized and quick. Each person I had an interview with was very very nice (met with 4 people including HR). Even the employees I met in my visits were super welcoming.
