Dragged on for 4+ months (9 separate rounds of interviews). Ultimately got an offer but it was 25% less than what was initially discussed. Recruiter said they would be able to get an exception approved; this turned out to be false and the final offer was even lower than the upper band initially discussed. Poor communication and intentions. Would not recommend
