J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Viasat
Entretien
Met with a recruiter (engineering alum from my school) at a campus career fair and was invited back for an on-campus interview the next day. The interview was extremely casual and my interviewer was very easy to get along with. Most of the conversation revolved around my relevant technical projects and involvement in clubs. I was told I would hear back within two weeks and am still awaiting a decision.

Question 1
I was asked to describe what a hash map was and how to implement it
One phone screen and one behavioral interview with hiring manager. Very smooth and quick process. Talked about past experiences on my resume and answered questions about working on a team. Entire process took about 1 week.

Question 1
What was an important component about antenna systems?
Initial phone screen was straightforward. Interview with manager was considerably more difficult with resume deep dive and technical questions targeting ASIC/FPGA design flow, digital logic questions, and RTL coding. Expect to be questioned in detail about anything on your resume.

Usually get to know each other kind of questions. Tell me about yourself, are you open for relocation, do you have salesforce experience, tell me about your hobbies, why did you apply for viasat. The hiring manager then walked me through the role and its responsibilities.
