Applied online and was contacted in ~1 week by their corporate recruiter. Had a quick phone screen shortly after making contact. Phone screen set up with hiring manager within the next week. Followed up with an on-site interview with multiple managers at the Duluth Facility.

Question 1
Most all questions follow the STAR process using multiple 1:1 interviews with other managers. Everyone I interviewed with were professional and seemed to enjoy their position with ViaSat. Great office and plant environment.
