First spoke with an engineer on the phone, then a recruiter. Later invited for in-house interview. Interview was fairly standard, though the dress code was very casual (I was overdressed in sport coat and tie). Interviews are less for a specific position than for fit with company and culture. The HR recruiter was highly enthusiastic.
