1. Two part take home coding challenge - took about 2 hours. One part was an algorithm, and the second part was a challenge building in React. 2. Chat with Director of Engineering. Asked me questions about myself, my experience and got to know the product line, and Viafoura. 3. Tech Interview with the Director + 2 developers. We extended the React portion of the take home coding challenge. The developers were very open and supportive during the interview. It felt like an exchange of ideas rather than them just watching me code. 4. Chat with Product and Agile Coach. Asked behavioural questions about how I worked with product. All in all, a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone at Viafoura is open and friendly, and were able to answer all my questions every step of the way. I received an offer but had to decline.
