Saw a listing on Craigslist and sent my resume by email. Got a phone interview and got the job no problem, with no prior merchandising experience. I did meet my supervisor at the store about a week later, but already had secured the job.

Had a phone interview with a woman, followed by an in-person interview with a man who would be my superviser. Both interviewers who were enthusiastic and excited about the company growth.
